The Press Office only deals with media enquiries and will refer all non-media enquiries to the energywatch helpline (08459 06 07 08, Typetalk 1800 06459 06 07 08).

If you have an enquiry about your gas or electricity (either at home or your business), please see the Your Questions section of this site as the answer might be there. If it is not, then send us your enquiry in the Ask a Question section of this site.
